Experts from consumer groups, industry, and the designer of the original Nutrition Facts label will discuss how the label might be revised to help Americans select healthier diets. The discussion is hosted by the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the nonprofit nutrition and food safety advocacy group that lobbied for passage of the law requiring Nutrition Facts on packaged foods.

  • Allison Aubrey, National Public Radio, moderator
  • Michael F. Jacobson, CSPI Executive Director
  • Jane Andrews, Corporate Nutrition Manager, Wegmans Food Market
  • Darren Seifer, Food & Beverage Industry Analyst, The NPD Group
